Auschwitz : 65 years after
Sixty five years have passed since November 1944 when Auschwitz seized its torturous functions.
Time has passed and since then Europe lives in peace but this wound is not healed with time. The
visitors to Auschwitz museum that officially opened in 1947 remind pilgrims, they speak low and
wonder lost in their thoughts. After all is a place that visitors count their strength. The smell of
death is still around the nostrils and how it could not be, 1.1 million people were tortured and killed
with ways that expose the worst side of human race. This monument although is not the typical
touristic site to visit it will always be the reminder of the vanity of war and the suffering caused
from people to people. After the wondering in the cells, the dormitories and the crematoriums ends,
