Villa 15 : The Hidden City
Bueno Aires, Argentina- Ciudad Oculta, hidden city is a shanty town in the Buenos Aires outskirts, also called “villa 15”, where around 15000 people lives. It is one of the poorest most dangerous areas of the country. Now a days, little has change since the last military dictatorship enclose the quarter to hide it from the gaze of foreign media during the 1978 soccer world cup. © MANU BRABO
